MA-DE Moda Sagl invites you to carefully read the General Conditions of online sale. Every registered customer who orders from the site www.mademoda.ch accepts the General Conditions of online sale.
The Customer placing an order for private use must be 18 years of age or older, solvent or legally authorized by parental or guardian authority.
The Customer placing an order for a Firm, Entity, Company must be 18 years of age or older, solvent and legally authorized by the person in charge of the Firm, Entity, Company.
MA-DE Moda Sagl declines all responsibility in the event that incapable or unauthorized persons act in violation of this rule.

3 . Shipping methods and costs
MA-DE Moda Sagl sends the order after payment has been made and the requested goods have been found.
The method for sending is postal, with priority mail.
The shipping cost varies in compliance with the Swiss Postal Rates from CHF 8.00 to CHF 12.00. For amounts over CHF 150.00, the package will be sent by priority mail and in writing.
The online sale takes place only in Switzerland.
Foreign users can request a shipment abroad via the Request Form which will be processed by payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or by account. Stripe , with different methods in terms of prices, shipping costs and timing
MA-DE Moda Sagl sends the order by post. MA-DE Moda Sagl is not responsible for any delays occurring during the transport service. MA-DE Moda Sagl is also not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses that preclude the receipt of the goods or additional costs of returns.
The orders placed by the registered customer and already available in the order completeness, will be sent within 24 hours after payment.
The orders placed by the customer and not available in the completeness of the order, will be sent only at the time of full availability of the order and payment.
Orders entered by the customer and not immediately available, will be sent only after being found by MA-DE Moda Sagl to their respective suppliers. MA-DE Moda Sagl undertakes to procure the requested products in a reasonably short time, according to availability from the usual suppliers.
All prices indicated are in Swiss francs, including VAT.
All prices are valid for the period of validity of the catalog, except for writing errors, or calculation errors.
The valid right of withdrawal is subject to the sending of a registered letter within 10 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, to the following address

MA-DE Moda Sagl reserves the right to reduce the reimbursement value in case of defects found at the time of return and will not reimburse the shipping costs incurred by the customer, neither on the outward nor on the return of the package.
MA-DE Moda Sagl undertakes not to disclose the customer’s personal data and to maintain professional secrecy for any purchase-sale negotiation or request made.

Any changes made will be valid from the date of publication on the Site, as stated in the heading of the General Conditions.
